Preping your home

Your wall will be draped out with plastic and 3m tape. Floors will have protective paper from free falling popcorn texture.

Removal of popcorn

Popcorn will be hydrated with the adequate amount of water; no chemicals,before removing the texture from each room.

Spackling your ceilings

Ceilings will have additional skim coat over all seams, screws, and angles.

Sanding your Ceilings

After joint compound dries. We will sand all ceilings with a dustless sander and an air scrubber ( filters the air to remove particles).

 

Drywall pointup

With sanding complete. We will point ceilings up with tracking compound to fix any issues that the sandpaper didnt get.

Final cleaning

Remove all plastic and paper material. Vacum home with air scrubber and continue running to leave your home dustless and clean.
